Welcome to the **Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)** E-Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service and Official Disclaimer

• TDAC provides an electronic service that assists applicants in preparing and submitting the required digital arrival information to the relevant Thai government authorities.
• We charge a **service fee** for form review, secure transmission, and support. This fee is separate from any potential government fees or taxes (currently not applicable for the arrival card submission itself).
• **Government Decision:** The final decision regarding entry or acceptance of the arrival card rests solely with the Thai immigration officers.

2. Applicant Responsibilities

• **Accuracy of Information:** You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data provided (including personal, passport, and flight details) is **accurate, truthful, and matches your official travel documents**. Any error or omission may lead to delays or denial of entry by Thai authorities.
• **Eligibility:** You must ensure you possess a valid passport and meet all current visa and entry requirements for Thailand before applying.
• **Payment:** You agree to pay the non-refundable service fee upon submission of your application.

3. Fees and Refunds

• Our stated service fee covers the administrative processing of your application.
• **No Guarantee:** Payment of the service fee does not guarantee the approval of the digital arrival card or entry into Thailand.
• **Refund Policy:** Our service begins immediately upon payment. Since the fee is for the processing and secure submission service, the service fee is **non-refundable** once the application has been submitted to the government system.

4. Limitation of Liability

TDAC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from:

• Typographical errors or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
• Delays or denial of entry caused by technical issues, government processing times, or decisions made by Thai Immigration.
• Failure to receive the confirmation email due to issues outside our control (e.g., incorrect email address provided, spam filters).

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
